The car ferry from Kettering, oysters at the source, and the walk across the neck.

Day Four — Central Highlands
The drive north through trout country. A lodge whose name we will not print. Fire, dinner, silence.
Chapter 04
Day Five — Cradle Mountain
Dove Lake at first light, before the day-trippers arrive. Fly out from Devonport in the afternoon.
