One house. One contact. The whole journey.
WAYPOINT was built from more than a decade inside the world of private travel, aviation, yachting, residences and experiences.
A world where plans change quickly. Where Sydney was meant to be tomorrow, but suddenly needs to be now. Where a weather system changes the aircraft. Where the yacht needs another option before anyone has asked. Where a guest remembers the restaurant from three years ago, and expects you to remember it too.
At this level, it is rarely the 99% that defines the experience.
It is the 1% that matters each time.
WAYPOINT exists for that 1%.
Not as another booking platform, and not as three separate brokers trying to piece together an aircraft, a yacht and somewhere to stay.
One travel house. One trusted contact. AIR, SEA, STAY and EXPERIENCE brought together around the destination and the people travelling there.
We work directly with travellers, and with the people trusted to represent them, across Australia, New Zealand and internationally.

Mason Dawe, Founder
WAYPOINT is founder led and operationally driven. It is led by Mason Dawe.
Our experience comes from inside the operation, not from looking into it.
We understand what happens behind the brochure. Which operator actually delivers consistently. Which aircraft is right for the mission, not simply the cheapest available. Which yacht is maintained properly, crewed well and represented accurately. Which residence will be ready when the guests arrive. Which local experience is genuinely worth building a journey around.
We have managed aircraft operations, complex logistics, private charter movements, yachts, luxury residences, guest operations, commercial partnerships and the problems that inevitably happen behind the scenes.
Weather changes.
Aircraft become unavailable.
A maintenance item appears.
The pool renovation runs late.
A guest needs to move.
The departure time changes again.
The value is not pretending these things never happen. It is knowing what to do when they do.
That is why we think about the backup before it is required. And, where it matters, the backup to the backup.
Plan C, D and E should not begin when Plan A stops working.
We do not believe private travel should be a race to present the lowest number first.
Nor do we work with every operator simply because they are available.
Our role is to understand the requirement, assess the operation behind it and present a solution we are comfortable putting our name beside.
Is the operator trusted?
Are they reliable?
Is the aircraft appropriate?
Does the yacht genuinely deliver what its marketing suggests?
Will the experience still feel exceptional once the photography and sales language are removed?
Sometimes the lowest price will also be the right solution. Sometimes it will not.
We do not chase a commission at the expense of the journey.
The aim is simple: the right option, from the right people, with the operational detail already considered.
The experience
Australia is the journeyAustralia has some of the most extraordinary travel experiences anywhere in the world. What makes them special is rarely luxury alone.
It is the place. The access. And the people who know it properly.
In Tasmania, you can eat oysters metres from the water they came from before returning to one of the country's globally recognised lodges. In the Torres Strait, the experience becomes cultural, personal and genuinely Australian, shared by people whose connection to the region cannot be manufactured. In the Whitsundays, you can step from an aircraft and be aboard your yacht within minutes. An hour later, anchor beside one of the world's great beaches with almost nothing between you and the horizon.
Byron Bay can mean a long lunch minutes from the sand. Sydney can mean opening the door onto the harbour itself.
Then there is the Australia that remains harder to reach. Remote stations. The outback. Kangaroo Island. Lord Howe Island. Wilderness lodges and small ecosystems where access by air is part of the journey, and where a remarkable team has built something exceptional because they genuinely care about the place.
WAYPOINT connects these pieces. Not because every journey needs an aircraft, yacht, residence and itinerary. But because the best ones often cross between them.
New Zealand begins with Queenstown, but it certainly does not end there.
Alpine lodges. Private homes. Fiordland. Wine country. Remote golf. Helicopter access. Long lunches. Small towns and landscapes where the journey between places becomes as important as the arrival.
WAYPOINT looks beyond the obvious itinerary and towards the people, properties and operators who make a destination worth returning to.
Beyond Australia and New Zealand, the Pacific becomes something different again.
An expedition yacht can open access to places where there is no marina, no resort and sometimes very little tourism infrastructure at all.
The destination is not built around the traveller. The traveller enters the destination. Local communities become part of the journey. The crew knows the waters. Access is dictated by weather, tides and distance rather than a hotel check-in time.
It is a different form of luxury. Space. Time. Access. Perspective.
Across every destination are extraordinary operators, hosts, pilots, captains, chefs, guides, lodge teams and local businesses whose passion is sharing what they know.
WAYPOINT was built to bring them together.
A private aviation operator may provide the aircraft. A captain and crew provide the yacht. A family may have spent years creating an extraordinary residence. A guide may understand a landscape in a way no itinerary ever could.
Each is exceptional at their part of the journey. WAYPOINT connects the parts.
One travel house around the complete experience.
Built by accident. Kept for a reason.
STUDIO was never part of the original plan.
While building WAYPOINT, we encountered the same problem we had experienced in business for years.
A brand is created. A website is launched. It looks great. Then the business changes. Three months later, a simple update becomes another project. The agency has moved on. The website no longer reflects what the business actually does. Advertising says one thing, SEO says another and AI platforms begin interpreting the company differently again.
Business has never moved this quickly. A brand cannot afford to stand still.
So we built ours differently.
We developed the founding brand internally. Then the website. Then the search structure. Then the language Google sees, the information AI platforms understand and the way the business presents itself consistently across every touchpoint.
No misaligned campaign language.
No SEO written by somebody who does not properly understand the product.
No brand document sitting untouched while the actual business moves in another direction.
That process became WAYPOINT STUDIO.
Today, we use the same thinking for selected businesses within the worlds we already understand: stays, yachts, experiences, tourism, hospitality and private travel.
We start with the business itself. Then we build the brand around the truth of it.
Because the best website in the world is of little value if it represents the wrong business.
WAYPOINT & Co.
AIR. SEA. STAY. EXPERIENCE. STUDIO.
Different parts of the same house. Built around trusted people, good operations and remarkable places.
The Journey. The Place. The Memory.
