Australian at the centre. Fluent well beyond it.
Where WAYPOINT works, and who we work with. Directly with travellers, and with the people trusted to represent them.
Existing clients, new clients, repeat journeys and referrals remain the centre of the house.
WAYPOINT is Australian at its centre. The country is where our operational knowledge is deepest — the runways and the strips, the coastlines and the anchorages, the residences, the lodges and the people who run them properly.
New Zealand sits naturally alongside it. Queenstown is the usual arrival, though it is rarely the whole journey. Crossing the Tasman is a normal part of how we plan, not an exception to it.
Travel from Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and the wider Asia-Pacific into Australia.
The long flight is usually the easy part. What follows is the domestic leg to a strip with no scheduled service, the vessel that has to be ready on the same tide, the residence that must be open when the aircraft lands, and the ground movement nobody thought to ask about.
That is the work. An Australian source, international fluency, and one trusted local relationship once the journey reaches Australia — ideally established before it does.
Representatives and trusted trade
Planning on someone else’s behalfExecutive assistants, personal assistants, chiefs of staff, family and private offices, trusted travel advisers, and selected aviation, yacht, hospitality and professional referral partners.
Most of the pressure sits with the person arranging the journey rather than the person taking it. The brief is short, the timing is tight and the detail still has to be right.
- 01
A short brief is enough
Dates, people, and where the day needs to end. We ask the questions that matter and come back with something considered rather than a list of options to sort through.
- 02
One accountable contact
The same person holds the aircraft, the vessel, the residence and the ground movements. Nothing is handed between desks and nothing needs repeating.
- 03
Preferences are remembered
Seat, cabin, table, timing, the things that are never asked for twice. Held quietly and applied the next time without being requested.
- 04
Discretion as standard
Names, movements and arrangements stay inside the house. Confidentiality is assumed, not negotiated.
- 05
Flexibility when plans move
Departures change, weather changes, people change. The alternative is usually already considered before the call is made.
Referral and trade arrangements are agreed directly and case by case. Where a partner introduces a client, the terms are set out in writing before anything is committed.
One contact
Send the brief. We will ask the right questions.
Whether you are travelling yourself or arranging it for someone else, the same person holds the journey from enquiry through arrival.
